Question 1

What is pipeline predictability?

Accepted Answer

Pipeline predictability is the ability to forecast whether current and future pipeline will cover a revenue target before the quarter closes. RevSure measures it by analyzing funnel health, deal velocity, and lead quality, then projecting both total and walk-in pipeline sufficiency. This shifts forecasting from static CRM stages to data-driven projections based on actual buyer behavior.

Question 2

How does AI pipeline forecasting work?

Accepted Answer

AI pipeline forecasting learns from historical funnel data and live conversion rates between stages, then projects how much pipeline coverage is needed to hit a booking goal. RevSure continuously updates these projections as deals move, rather than relying on fixed close-rate assumptions, and highlights where coverage is likely to fall short for a given quarter or segment.

Question 3

What is a healthy pipeline coverage ratio for SaaS?

Accepted Answer

Many enterprise SaaS companies target a pipeline coverage ratio near 3x, meaning open pipeline equals roughly three times the new-revenue target. The right ratio depends on stage-by-stage conversion rates and deal velocity, so RevSure calculates required coverage from your own funnel data instead of a single industry rule of thumb.

Question 4

How is RevSure different from Bizible, Dreamdata, and HockeyStack?

Accepted Answer

RevSure combines marketing attribution with forward-looking pipeline prediction in one platform, where tools like Bizible (Adobe Marketo Measure), Dreamdata, and HockeyStack focus mainly on backward-looking attribution reporting. RevSure attributes revenue across the full funnel and then projects future pipeline sufficiency, connecting historical influence to a quarterly coverage forecast.

Question 5

Does RevSure work with Salesforce and HubSpot?

Accepted Answer

RevSure connects to CRM and marketing systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot to read opportunities, stages, campaigns, and lead data. It uses that connected data to build attribution models and pipeline projections without requiring teams to leave their existing CRM workflows, keeping forecasts aligned to the records sales and marketing already manage.
